Who we are
This website belongs to Utamaru Homestay, Jl. Raya Penaonan, Desa Ped, Nusa Penida, Bali, Indonesia. For any question about your personal data, write to polianajaya01@gmail.com or message +62 822-3608-4302 on WhatsApp.
What we collect
The availability form on this site does not send anything to a server. It puts your dates, chosen unit, number of guests, name, phone number and notes into a WhatsApp message in your browser. Nothing is shared until you press send in WhatsApp.
- When you send a WhatsApp message or an email, we receive what you write and your contact details.
- Our hosting provider (Vercel) records basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.
- No analytics tool is active. If one is added later, it will load only after you allow Analytics.
- If you allow Marketing and embeds, the Google Maps map loads and Google may set its own cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your questions, to confirm rates, availability and the terms of a stay, and to stay in touch about that stay. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Third parties
WhatsApp (Meta), your email provider, Vercel (hosting) and, if you allow it, Google process data under their own privacy policies. Some of these services store data outside Indonesia.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and stay, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them earlier where the law allows.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the details above. You can change your cookie choices at any time with Cookie Settings in the footer.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
